Who: How many are included in your party may be something you need to consider in your budget. Also, are you bringing Grandma and Grandpa for a more relaxing type of vacation, or is it all around the kids for an action-packed type of adventure?
What: What type of vacation appeals to you? Cruising on the ocean? Playing in the sand on the beach? Relaxing in the mountains? Exhilarating theme parks?
Where: Now that you have narrowed down the what, then the question is where? If you are cruising, the Bahamas, Alaska, or somewhere else?
